The role reports to the CEO/President and collaborates with the Board to drive enterprise value and financial resilience.

Responsibilities span budgeting, capital management, insurance and investment finance, treasury, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

15+ years of finance leadership experience in regulated financial services.
Experience with insurance financial statements, investment portfolios, capital allocation and solvency management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s overall financial strategy.
Advise the CEO, President and Board on financial performance, capital allocation and enterprise value creation.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning; build robust financial models.
Oversee insurance operations’ financial management including premiums, reserves, and underwriting performance.
Manage investment portfolio oversight and coordination with CIO on strategy and performance.
Monitor liquidity, capital adequacy, leverage and balance-sheet optimization.
Ensure accurate financial reporting to the Board, regulators, and stakeholders; maintain strong internal controls.
Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation initiatives.
