- Experience as CFO or equivalent in regulated financial services.
- Experience with insurance, asset management, or banking.
- Knowledge of insurance financial statements and capital management.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, performance, capital management, and governance across the organization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance dashboards.
- Manage insurance finance, investment finance, and ALM.
- Coordinate treasury, liquidity, and regulatory reporting.
- Lead relationships with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.
