Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including executive leadership.
• Significant experience in insurance, asset management, investment management or other regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance financial statements, capital management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with Boards, regulators, auditors, investors and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and governance for an insurance & investment organization.
• Oversee insurance finance, including premiums, reserves, and underwriting performance.
• Provide oversight of investment portfolio management and capital allocation.
• Drive asset-liability management, liquidity and treasury operations.
• Ensure regulatory reporting, financial controls and risk management across the organization.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives, M&A evaluations, and corporate development.
