Job summary

The role demands deep financial expertise, strategic leadership, and strong governance in a highly regulated environment.

You will oversee insurance accounting, investment portfolio performance, ALM, treasury, and enterprise risk, partnering with the CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including executive leadership.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/Business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s financial strategy and executive leadership.
• Oversee capital management, solvency, and balance-sheet optimization.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Supervise insurance finance, investment portfolio, and risk reporting.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and corporate governance bodies.
