Job summary

TheHiveCareers seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial planning, reporting, capital management, and governance for a diversified Insurance & Investment organization. The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board, and executive team to translate strategy into budgets, forecasts, and value creation across insurance, investments, and corporate operations.

You will oversee treasury, risk, regulatory reporting, ALM, and performance analytics, ensure strong controls, and drive finance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with executive leadership.
• Experience as CFO, Group CFO, or Finance Director in regulated financial services.
• Strong capital management and financial governance experience.
• Proven ability to work with Boards, regulators, auditors, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy and executive leadership for the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage insurance finance, reserves, underwriting profitability and pricing.
• Oversee investment portfolio, asset allocation, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Lead treasury, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Ensure regulatory reporting, governance, and strong internal controls.
