Job summary

TheHiveCareers is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to steer financial strategy, governance, and capital management for a diversified Insurance & Investment organization. You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive performance across insurance, investments, and corporate finance.

Lead planning, reporting, risk management, liquidity, and corporate development, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls while delivering value to shareholders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of insurance financial statements and capital management.
• Experience interacting with boards, regulators, auditors, and investors.
• Proven ability to lead complex balance sheets and liquidity management.
• Expertise in strategic planning, M&A, and corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and governance across insurance and investment activities.
• Partner with CEO/Board on capital allocation, performance, and enterprise value.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage ALM, liquidity, and treasury, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Direct risk management, controls, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Steer finance transformation, technology, and talent development.
