Precision Medicine Group in the United States is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and strengthen our client service experts. You will assume primary client leadership, guide project plans and budgets, mentor Account staff, and collaborate with strategy to identify growth opportunities while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Travel 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and development of client agendas and slide presentations.
• Provide direction to support team on project management and budget tracking.
• Mentor personnel at Associate/Account Executive levels and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify market opportunities with Strategy to drive organic growth within accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; monitor budgets and report status.
