Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role.
• Experience with data technologies in enterprise data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph data technology, specifically Neo4j preferred.
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to clients.
• Drive and manage technology evaluations during sales cycles.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop reference architectures integrating Neo4j with existing systems.
• Gather and communicate customer needs and feedback to teams.
