Job summary

Neo4j in Raleigh, NC seeks a Solutions Engineer to articulate the business value of our graph data platform and manage technical evaluations across multiple opportunities. You will guide customers through architecture discussions, platform demonstrations, and proof-of-value exercises.

You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to deliver continuous value, align with cloud strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and help customers realize outcomes from graph technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer).
• Experience with data technologies: architecture, analytics, or cloud data.
• Knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc).
• Hands-on with SQL and/or NoSQL; proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go or C#.
• GenAI/LLMs familiarity a plus; ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects.
• Drive technology evaluation stages and manage multiple opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, professional services, product, and engineering teams.
• Co-create reference architectures, integrating Neo4j with cloud or on-prem environments.
• Present platform demonstrations, size engagements, and document decision criteria.
• Travel as needed to support deal creation and closure.
