Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Consulting Engineer to work with enterprise customers, designing graph-powered solutions and guiding deployments from inception to roll-out. You will partner with customer engineering teams and Neo4j experts, shaping data models and best practices for graph data, analytics, and AI-powered architectures.

You will help customers adopt modern data architectures, deliver production-ready implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class applications
• Experience with data modelling and designing data structures for complex applications
• Experience deploying applications on Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer engagements
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Neo4j implementations across the full project lifecycle from design to production roll-out
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical leadership for Neo4j engagements
• Design graph data models that represent complex relationships and support high-performance analytics
• Architect and build solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements using Neo4j
• Collaborate with customer AI and data teams to integrate Neo4j into LangChain or similar frameworks
• Mentor customer teams on Neo4j best practices and graph development techniques
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and technical recommendations for customer programs
• Travel may be required based on engagement needs
