Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA seeks an experienced grants professional to source, identify, qualify, solicit, and steward corporate, government, and foundation support. • Bachelor's degree in grants development or related field is required.
• Five years progressive work experience in foundation/fund development or related field.
• Experience in sourcing, solicitation and securing grant funding with high-level donors.
• Experience with Fresno community leaders and senior organization leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including editing and social media.
• Flexible and energetic to achieve fundraising goals.
• Must demonstrate Saint Agnes Core Values and integrity when handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to source, identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward grant funding.
• Prepare gift proposals, funding applications, and donor agreements and track interactions.
• Manage an active portfolio of prospects and cultivate relationships with foundations and government entities.
• Collaborate with SAMC donor community, administrative leadership, and stakeholders to support philanthropic revenue goals.
• Work with the Chief Development Officer to set annual grant-writing goals and align with SAMC priorities.
