Job summary

You will partner with the Senior Manager of Development to advance institutional grants, corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with finance.

This exempt, full-time role emphasizes strong writing, relationship-building, and data-driven planning across multiple fundraising streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of fundraising experience.
• Significant development/fundraising experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience working on a remote team.
• Proficiency with Excel and G-suite.
• Proficiency with a donor-focused CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience in the K-12 education space.
• Experience participating in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategy and pipeline development across multiple streams (grants, corporate partnerships, individual donors).
• Draft grant proposals and donor reports; communicate GO’s programs and outcomes effectively.
• Manage donor acknowledgments and CRM data integrity; coordinate with finance and operations.
• Support content development for development outreach calendars and funder communications.
• Collaborate with senior team members to align finance and development workstreams.
