Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Foundation Grant Development Manager to lead proposal efforts for foundation, corporate, and government sources. You will research, write, edit and submit grant applications while cultivating funder relationships and coordinating with internal teams.

You will partner with program staff to monitor expenditures and reporting outcomes, ensuring proposals align with Mercy mission and standards. Strong writing, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum three years' experience with grant writing.
• Experience coordinating government grant proposals with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to research and identify grant opportunities and align with Mercy programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and manage grant proposals to foundation, corporate and government sources.
