Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in grant development and administration, including budgeting.
• Experience interpreting and applying grant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Grants Office.
• Review, prepare, and analyze grant and contract proposals with college administrators to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate proposal development with campus departments and develop proposal budgets.
• Identify and pursue external funding opportunities aligned with college goals.
• Hire, plan, direct, and evaluate Grants Office staff and external consultants as needed.
• Coordinate site visits and audits with Budget Office support and documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison to auditors and funding agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of grant regulations and reporting requirements; ensure timely reports.
• Oversee grant-related equipment inventory and project summaries.
• Prepare annual grants report for the Board of Trustees.
