Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a Senior Government Partnerships & Task Order Specialist to expand our federal market presence by building strong relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government stakeholders. The role includes leading subcontracting and teaming efforts and shaping capture and pricing strategies for priority opportunities.

You will evaluate pipelines, participate in bid decisions, and advise leadership on partnership strategies to grow government business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of federal government contracting, government business development, capture, teaming, subcontracting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting, contracting requirements, and relationships with prime contractors and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic teaming partners and subcontractors for federal and state/local pursuits.
• Own the teaming process end-to-end, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and pricing terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
