Job summary

Leap Group Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Government Partnerships & Task Order Specialist to expand our federal market presence by building strong relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and other partners.

You will lead subcontracting and teaming efforts, manage task orders and contract vehicles, and advise leadership on capture strategies, pricing, and performance. Travel to meetings and conferences will be occasional.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of federal government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and government procurement requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and development of strategic teaming partners for federal pursuits.
• Own the teaming process end to end, including NDAs and teaming agreements, pricing terms.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and other partners.
• Oversee awarded contract vehicles, task orders, and vendor pools, ensuring compliance and reporting.
