Leap Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Government Partnerships & Task Order Specialist to drive federal contracts and strategic partnerships. You will build relationships with prime contractors, government stakeholders, and other partners to expand Leap Group’s federal presence.

The role involves leading teaming, NDAs, and pricing terms, managing contract vehicles and task orders, and shaping capture strategies with BD and proposal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in federal government contracting, government business development, capture, teaming, subcontracting, task order management, contract vehicle management, or related field.
• Deep experience with federal subcontracting and developing strategic teaming relationships.
• Demonstrated success building relationships that have supported federal contract pursuits and generated new business opportunities.
• Experience leading or managing task orders and awarded government contract vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, prime/subcontractor relationships, and government contracting requirements.
• Experience influencing capture strategy, bid and go/no-go decisions, pricing, and proposal development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, evaluation, and development of strategic teaming partners and subcontractors for federal and SLED pursuits, expanding subcontracting network.
• Own the teaming process end to end, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and pricing terms.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and other partners.
• Oversee awarded contract vehicles, task orders, and vendor pools; ensure registrations and compliance.
• Monitor client portals, forecasts, and procurement activity; advise on bid/no-go decisions and shaping capture strategies.
• Develop strategies to activate awarded vehicles and increase utilization through engagement with buyers and stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend conferences, government meetings, industry events, and priority markets for relationship growth.
• Advise leadership on subcontracting, teaming, and partnership strategies to strengthen pursuits.
• Evaluate pipeline, win rates, and contract activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD and proposal teams to shape capture strategies and transition opportunities into proposals.
