Job summary

Leap Group Network seeks a Junior Government Partnerships & Task Order Specialist to grow our federal presence by building relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.

You will manage subcontracting activity, engage in teaming discussions, and support opportunities across contract vehicles and vendor pools, while collaborating with BD and proposals teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in federal government contracting, government business development, capture, teaming, subcontracting, or related field.
• Experience with federal subcontracting and developing or supporting teaming relationships.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, government stakeholders, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage potential teaming partners and subcontractors for federal and SLED pursuits, focusing on federal subcontracting.
• Support partner outreach, NDAs, teaming agreements, partnership documentation, and pricing discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day activity for awarded contracts, task orders, registrations, renewals, and compliance.
• Monitor portals, forecasts, and procurement activity to support bid decisions and pricing activities.
• Coordinate outreach and follow-up with eligible buyers and partners with internal teams.
• Research conferences, meetings, and events; coordinate participation as needed.
• Track pipeline, opportunities, and partnership activity; provide regular leadership updates.
