Leap Group Network seeks a Senior Government Partnerships & Task Order Specialist to expand our federal footprint by building strong relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.

You’ll lead federal subcontracting, manage teaming end-to-end, and help shape capture strategies, pricing, and proposal efforts. Travel may be required for meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Public Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in federal government contracting, government business development, capture or subcontracting.
• Deep experience with federal subcontracting and strategic teaming relationships.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and government procurement requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification and development of strategic teaming partners and subcontractors for federal and SLED pursuits.
• Own the teaming process end-to-end, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and pricing terms.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with prime contractors and government stakeholders.
• Oversee contract vehicles, task orders, and vendor pools; ensure compliance and renewals.
• Monitor procurement activity; advise on go/no-go decisions and capture strategies.
• Activate awarded vehicles and increase utilization through engagement with buyers.
• Identify conferences and events to strengthen relationships and growth.
• Advise leadership on subcontracting and partnership strategies to expand access to opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD and proposals to shape capture and transition opportunities.
• Travel periodically for government meetings, conferences, and relationship development.
