EndRun LLC, a technology consultancy partnering with DoD mission partners, seeks a Business Operations Manager to oversee contract administration, operations, and internal processes. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, support proposals, and ensure compliance across government and commercial programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in government contract administration, business operations, or program support.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles and contract administration practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts from proposal support through contract closeout.
• Review solicitations, identify contractual risks, and assist with contract strategy.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and consulting agreements.
• Interpret contract requirements and communicate obligations to program teams.
• Coordinate audits, compliance reviews, and contract closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain contract tracking tools, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide contract strategy guidance including contract type selection and risk identification.
• Coordinate payroll processing, accounting support, and internal financial administration.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and internal operational reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and internal process improvements.
• Oversee HR onboarding and personnel documentation.
