Qualifications

• Experience managing personnel and operations in a federal installation support environment.
• Ability to lead teams supporting financial management, work order management, facility records, or Army enterprise systems.
• Experience with operational planning, schedule management, quality assurance, customer service, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work onsite during normal hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon-Fri).
• Must complete required security processing and obtain a DoD CAC, network access, and system permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of contractor personnel supporting business operations activities.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work related to work management, financial analysis, real property systems, and IT accountability.
• Maintain an integrated operational calendar tracking daily activities, reports, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor work queues, staffing levels, QA, and performance metrics to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Identify challenges and schedule risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage personnel scheduling, training, and workforce coverage for continuity.
• Coordinate and document meetings with Government stakeholders and prepare alternate coverage when needed.
