Job summary

AGE Solutions in Arlington, VA seeks a Task Manager to lead contract operations for government and DoD programs, ensuring work is on schedule, compliant with the PWS, and delivered with quality.

The role supervises staff, coordinates with the COR, prepares deliverables and status reports, tracks performance metrics, and drives continuous improvements while maintaining security clearance and strong government partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+ years in team lead/management, project, or contract management OR Associate's degree with 5+ years in team lead/management, project, or contract management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, contracts, or technical teams, preferably in Federal Government/DoD.
• Certification in CISSP or CISM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of contract operations to ensure compliance with PWS and contractual requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate activities of assigned personnel to ensure quality performance.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, staffing, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare, review, and submit required contract deliverables, including Monthly Progress Reports, per contract requirements.
