Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multi-functional facilities maintenance operations for federal or military installations.
• Experience managing full contract life cycle from startup to closeout.
• Proven responsibility for contract financial management (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
• Knowledge of DoD and federal regulations and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave oversight and management of the contract to meet PWS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety culture.
• Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with objectives.
• Conduct status reviews with stakeholders and manage contract modifications.
