Job summary

Tatitlek Corporation seeks a Strategic Proposal Support & Capture Manager to guide the full opportunity lifecycle from identification through submission. You will manage pipelines in GovEagle and drive capture activities, coordinating with the Bid and Proposal team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years in federal business development or capture management.
• Experience with CRM or pipeline tools and data calls.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new opportunities across federal civilian and defense markets aligned with Tatitlek's core capabilities.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of opportunities in GovEagle, logging, staging, and updating each pursuit through award decision.
• Lead capture efforts for assigned opportunities including customer engagement and win-theme development.
• Develop capture plans, price-to-win analyses, and gate materials for pursuits and present to leadership as required.
• Collaborate with Bid and Proposal team to provide capture knowledge and input during the response effort.
