Job summary

Sanford Health in the heartland is seeking a dedicated administrator to manage the residency/fellowship program's administrative duties, ensuring ACGME requirements are met and overseeing rotation scheduling and on-call coverage.

You will coordinate with other programs, prepare accreditation documents, oversee recruitment/onboarding, maintain ERAS/GME databases, handle HR tasks, and participate in budget reviews within the Graduate Medical Education department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, education, business, or related field is required.
• In lieu of education, leadership may accept four years of applicable experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Possesses computer experience that includes complex database management.
• Familiarity with Human Resources issues and policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of administrative duties for Sanford’s residency/fellowship program and additional Sanford programs.
• Plans and manages resident physician/fellow rotation and call schedules.
• Coordinates with other residency/fellowship programs as applicable.
• Prepares accreditation documents including Program Information Forms (PIF) for RRC Accreditation Review and Internal Reviews.
• Acts as onsite program administrator for accreditation site visits conducted by ACGME.
• Manages and oversees recruitment activities; coordinates resident/fellow recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversees resident/fellow evaluations and maintains ERAS and GME databases.
• Coordinates and administers human resources functions and participates in budget reviews.
