Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of ACGME policies, hospital procedures and independent initiative to handle diverse program issues. The coordinator will manage trainee recruitment, orientation, annual contracts, and external rotations, while maintaining databases and communications with faculty and residents to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office administration experience, preferably in education or healthcare.
• ACGME program coordinator experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Program Director on program management and workflow improvements.
• Interpret ACGME and hospital policies to ensure compliance.
• Supervise residents and coordinate recruitment, orientation and ongoing program activities.
• Maintain databases and assist with program publications and external relations.
• Organize meetings, conferences and documentation for accreditation activities.
