GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC seeks a Sourcing Global Commodity Leader for SMR Heavy Fabrication to shape and execute the global strategy for large fabricated and machined components, including reactor pressure vessels, reactor core internals, and large heat exchangers.

This role partners with Sales & Operations Planning, project leaders, engineering, and quality to align supply chain with demand and customer needs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain roles.
• 5-7 years of direct experience in sourcing large fabricated and machined equipment.
• US Export Controlled position.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the global commodity strategy for SMR machining and fabrication.
• Maintain understanding of the global supply market for heavy fabrication and precision machining.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.
• Assess and proactively manage risk across the commodity portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and execution of complex long‑term agreements.
• Structure commercial agreements to secure strategic outcomes.
• Partner with S&OP and project teams to align demand and supply.
