Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead a team responsible for procuring raw materials, equipment, and services across field service and turbine systems. You will standardize sourcing processes, evaluate suppliers, and drive cost reduction while maintaining delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for procuring materials, equipment, and services for field service, LTSA, turbines, and generators.
• Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Support supplier qualification activities and evaluations.
• Improve supplier on-time delivery and product quality; manage budgets and resources.
• Lead employee development activities, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
