GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior engineering and supply chain professional to drive technical development for forging, airfoil, and structures commodities. You will partner with GCLs, quality and engineering teams worldwide to meet customer demand during capacity ramp-up.

Responsibilities include leading milestones, reviewing technical data, and expediting supplier collaborations while maintaining quality and producibility. Travel up to 50% is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Supplier Quality and/or Supply Chain Development.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of development milestones while expediting global sourcing strategies for capacity needs in the assigned commodities.
• Review technical documentation with SQE and analyze deviations/qualification data to expedite approval while ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand capacity constraints and drive projects to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive GE specifications review and analysis across teams to improve producibility.
• Manage capacity ramp up action plans and report progress weekly.
• Support critical fulfillment with key suppliers.
• Balance supplier change requests with risk and value with engineering teams.
• Remove obstacles to enable rapid project implementation for growth.
