Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution preferred; business degrees considered.
• Five to ten years of global sourcing experience in power generation boiler products or related industries.
• Strong procurement governance, contracting, policy compliance, and global sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global market conditions, pricing trends, and supply risks; translate findings into sourcing recommendations.
• Qualify alternative suppliers to support capacity and risk management.
• Maintain AVL and ensure supplier qualifications are up to date in bid packages.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic suppliers to improve competitiveness and delivery performance.
• Support pricing, sourcing assumptions, and maintain pricing data for commodities and products.
• Provide quarterly supplier qualification updates to leadership.
