• 3+ years leading and developing teams.
• Proven success designing and executing global sales programs with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with executive Sales Leadership to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Sales Programs strategy aligned to priorities.
• Partner with Global and Regional Sales Leaders to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate strategies into actionable programs to improve field execution.
