Cisco is seeking a strategic communications specialist to drive engagement and adoption of key initiatives across our global sales organization. You will partner with a dynamic team to ensure the field remains informed, highly engaged, and equipped to succeed through data-backed messaging strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in communications, a strong editorial judgment, and experience with AI-enabled content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in communications roles.
• Experience supporting communications for sales teams and familiarity with sales enablement, field ops, or tech environments.
• Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field with strong editorial judgment and a track record of adopting new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write, edit, publish independently using AI productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high standards and tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using digital collaboration/workflow tools.
• Ability to influence across leadership with data-driven insights.
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach to internal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs, product launches, and organizational initiatives using generative AI.
• Create high-impact content across email, digital, video, and social channels with AI-assisted writing tools to optimize clarity and engagement.
• Partner with GFE teams, product, sales ops, and corporate communications to align messaging and storytelling, using AI sentiment analysis to refine change management.
• Identify communication gaps and recommend solutions; use analytics and AI-powered reporting to measure engagement and derive insights.
• Build and optimize communication channels and cadences, using predictive analytics to determine effective top-down, peer-to-peer, and grassroots mix.
