Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic communications specialist to engage and activate global sales audiences through AI-enhanced narratives.

You will partner with a dynamic team to translate complex information into accessible messages, drive adoption of initiatives, and ensure consistent, data-informed communications. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Content, Experience and Communications team (CXC) and GFE, with a remote work context in the United States and a salary range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Communications roles.
• Experience supporting communications for sales teams and familiarity with sales enablement, field operations, or technology environments.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to write/edit/publish independently with AI productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs and product launches using generative AI.
• Create content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels with AI-assisted writing.
• Collaborate with GFE teams, product, sales operations, and corporate communications to align messaging using AI-driven sentiment analysis.
• Identify communication gaps and measure engagement with AI-powered reporting to inform strategy.
• Build and optimize communication cadences and personalize field messaging with automation.
