Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications roles, preferably supporting sales teams.
• Experience with internal communications, marketing, or related field with editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs, product launches, and organizational initiatives, using generative AI to tailor messaging for global audiences.
• Create high-impact content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels, using AI-assisted writing tools to optimize clarity, tone and engagement.
• Partner with GFE teams, product, sales ops, and corporate communications to align messaging, using AI sentiment analysis to refine change management.
• Identify communication gaps and use analytics and AI tools to measure engagement and derive insights.
• Build and optimize communication channels and cadences with predictive analytics for top-down, peer-to-peer, and grassroots communication.
• Collaborate with the broader employee communications team to maintain consistency with corporate messaging while enabling field personalization.
