You will translate complex information into accessible narratives, leveraging AI-driven tools to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and partnering with a dynamic team to keep the field informed and highly engaged. The role emphasizes data-backed communication strategies, integrated programs, and collaboration with GFE, product, and corporate teams to ensure messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 5+ years in communications roles.
• Experience supporting communications for sales teams and familiarity with sales enablement or tech environments.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to write, edit and publish independently using AI productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs, product launches, and organizational initiatives, using generative AI to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Create high-impact content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels, using AI writing tools to optimize clarity and tone.
• Partner cross-functionally with GFE teams, product, sales operations, and corporate communications to align messaging and storytelling with data-driven insights.
• Identify communication gaps and propose solutions; use analytics and AI-powered reporting to measure engagement and iterate on strategy.
• Build and optimize communication channels and cadences using predictive analytics to determine effective top-down, peer-to-peer, and grassroots approaches.
• Collaborate with broader employee communications team to maintain consistency with corporate messaging while using automated tagging and distribution tools for field personalization.
