You will create content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels, working with cross-functional teams to align storytelling and measure impact with analytics and AI-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in communications roles.
• Experience supporting communications for sales teams and familiarity with sales enablement, field operations, or technology environments.
• Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field with strong editorial judgment and adoption of new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write, edit, and publish independently, utilizing AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using digital collaboration and workflow management systems.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of leadership with data-driven insights.
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach to internal audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs and product launches, using generative AI to tailor messaging for diverse global audiences.
• Create high-impact content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels using AI-assisted writing tools.
• Partner with GFE teams, product, sales ops, and corporate communications to align messaging and storytelling with AI-driven sentiment analysis.
• Identify communication gaps and propose solutions; use analytics and AI-powered reporting to measure engagement and derive insights.
• Build and optimize channels and cadences, using predictive analytics to determine effective messaging mix.
• Collaborate with the employee communications team to ensure consistency with corporate messaging while enabling personalization.
