Responsibilities

• Ensure commitments from demand planning groups meet lead times.
• Resolve delays within the agreed timeline.
• Manage lead times of POs and report on commitments.
• Expedite POs as needed.
• Follow recommit process and review backlog/expedite requests.
• Review supplier build/ship plans to meet PO commitments.
• Monitor on-time shipment and document issues weekly.
• Schedule orders outside product lead time with suppliers and analyze causes.
