Responsibilities

• Ensure commitments from demand planning groups are within the agreed lead times.
• Resolve delays in providing material within the agreed timeline.
• Manage lead times of all POs placed on behalf of the customer and report on lead times.
• Expedite POs as needed.
• Ensure the recommit process is followed as needed.
• Review backlog and coordinate with supplier on recommits and exclusions.
• Review supplier build/ship plans to meet PO commit dates.
• Monitor on-time shipment and document issues weekly.
