Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Manager, Global Logistics Procurement Projects to lead strategic procurement initiatives across global transportation, brokerage, and logistics services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics/procurement roles.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex logistics contracts.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transportation and logistics procurement across air, ocean, ground, parcel, warehousing, brokerage, and 3PL services, including sourcing strategy and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and implement logistics solutions to improve service levels, efficiency, and total landed cost.
• Manage strategic relationships with logistics providers, pricing, contracts, performance, and KPI reviews.
• Lead logistics procurement and transformation projects from planning through implementation, managing timelines and budgets.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Operations, and regional teams to align strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze transportation spend, market trends, and network performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive cost savings.
• Establish and monitor logistics budgets, supplier scorecards, and operational metrics.
• Drive supply chain resilience through supplier governance and risk management.
