Job summary

VF Corporation is hiring a Sr. Manager Indirect Procurement (Professional Services) to lead global category sourcing strategies for HR, IT, legal, and other services.

You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and ensure compliance while aligning with business goals. You will lead a small global team (2–4 direct reports) and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems (SAP, Coupa).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category sourcing strategies for Professional Services.
• Lead supplier relationships, negotiations and performance reviews.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations to align strategies with business goals.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
• Develop and lead a global team of 2–4 direct reports.
• Assess risks and support business continuity and supplier resilience.
