Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager Indirect Procurement (Professional Services) to lead global category sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across HR, IT, legal, and consulting services.

The role requires strategic vision, 8+ years of experience, and a track record of cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will manage a small global team (2–4 direct reports), drive negotiations, and ensure compliance and value creation across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience leading a team (3+ years) and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools (SAP, Coupa).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Professional Services categories to optimize cost, quality and service.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships; lead negotiations and performance reviews.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed of industry trends and risks.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
• Develop and lead a global team of 2–4 direct reports.
• Assess and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and supplier resilience.
