Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Domestic Customer Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and expand the portfolio. You will handle 24/7 customer service, tracking, routing, and vendor coordination in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years freight forwarding experience and strong MS Word/Excel skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team to meet client goals and profitability.

Qualifications

Freight forwarding experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Strong MS Word and Excel skills with data accuracy and analysis.
Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for larger or complex customers and projects.
Quote and route freight across multiple transportation channels.
Track and trace shipments daily and resolve issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and reporting.
Ensure compliance with TSA and other regulations in bookings and routing.
Develop and update SOPs for various business segments.
