UPS is seeking an Enterprise International Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic multinational customers within Global Freight Forwarding. You will shepherd the commercial relationship, drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic alignment across air and ocean freight, and customs brokerage.
You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct executive-level strategy discussions, and advocate for customer needs while aligning with UPS objectives.
Competenze
- 5–10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or enterprise sales.
- Proven success with large multinational accounts.
- Experience with global air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage or supply chain solutions.
Mansioni
- Maintain primary commercial contact for enterprise global freight forwarding customers.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across logistics, procurement, supply chain and leadership.
- Lead business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
