UPS in Dallas seeks an Enterprise International Account Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic multinational customers within Global Freight Forwarding. You will own commercial relationships, growth, and long-term alignment across international air and ocean freight, and customs brokerage.

You will partner with Product, Pricing, Operations, and Finance to design tailored logistics solutions, drive revenue, and manage cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in logistics or enterprise sales
• Proven success managing multinational accounts
• Experience with global air/ocean freight, customs brokerage
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned enterprise global freight forwarding customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders across logistics, procurement, supply chain, transportation and leadership.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead account planning and pipeline development to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer objectives and solution implementation.
