Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Compensation Director to lead the Global Total Rewards compensation function. You will shape the global pay philosophy, oversee programs, and collaborate with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure market-competitive compensation across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years in progressive compensation with global experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to drive the annual pay cycle in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global scope.
  • Experience leading a global compensation function.
  • Expertise in base pay, incentives, executive compensation, and governance.
  • Strong consulting and influencing capabilities with executives.
  • Ability to mentor compensation professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate global pay cycles and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Hasbro's Global Compensation function, offering strategic direction, supervision, and continuous leadership for all global compensation programs, policies, and services.
  • Define strategic direction and priorities for the Global Compensation function; convert goals into practical plans.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Global Compensation function and ensure timely delivery of core programs.
  • Direct, support, coach, and mentor the Global Compensation team.
  • Act as lead compensation consultant to executive leadership and HR partners on policy, salary administration, and market competitiveness.
  • Lead the yearly global pay cycle, including merit increases and equity initiatives.
  • Direct complex global compensation projects from strategy to implementation.
  • Develop and roll out compensation solutions that support objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Use market intelligence and analytics to influence decision-making.
  • Lead worldwide communication, training, and change management for compensation programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of programs, governance, technology, and processes.
  • Ensure programs adhere to legal and governance requirements.
  • Stay aware of evolving compensation trends and market practices.
