Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Compensation Partner to own global compensation philosophy, strategy, and governance. You’ll design scalable frameworks across base pay, bonuses, equity, and incentives, partnering with Finance, HR, and executive leadership to align with growth and compliance.

You’ll drive equity programs, performance alignment, and cross-geography governance while delivering auditable processes and real-time insights for leadership and the Board. Hybrid work in Tempe is supported.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Compensation/Total Rewards with global scope.
• Expertise in executive pay, equity, and incentive design.
• Hybrid work model experience in a fast-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own global compensation strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Design annual bonus structures and incentive frameworks across populations.
• Lead end-to-end operational execution of global compensation programs.
• Collaborate with CHRO, CFO, and senior leaders on equity and mobility matters.
• Provide reporting, analytics, and board-ready materials.
