• 4+ years managing strategic programs in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare or life sciences markets and trends.
• Experience using AI tools to scale throughput in partner-facing or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and genomics partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Define and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems and plans.
• Translate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements and product enhancements.
