Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics seeks an Associate Director of Product Marketing to lead commercialization, technical marketing, and strategic leadership for genomics and molecular diagnostics portfolios.

You will partner with Product Management, R&D, Applications, and Commercial teams to translate scientific innovation into successful launches and sustained growth, while building a high-performing team and advancing go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, genomics or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in life sciences with track record in product marketing and leadership.
• At least 5 years managing teams and product commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.
• Own product positioning, messaging, and unified communication across the portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market planning and lifecycle marketing for genomics and molecular diagnostics.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Commercial, and Marketing Communications.
• Translate scientific innovation into successful product launches and growth.
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize programs with data-driven insights.
