Job summary
Helix is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to drive onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems and employer-sponsored initiatives. You will collaborate with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal to execute cross-functional programs and deliver clinical and research value.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in healthcare program management, deep workflow design experience, and familiarity with AI tools to scale
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing strategic programs in the healthcare industry, ideally at a high growth company
- Process and workflow expertise. Knowledge of how to design and improve workflows
- Knowledge of the healthcare and / or life sciences markets and the key players and trends
- Experience using AI tools to scale throughput in a partner-facing or operations role, with a point of view on where AI changes how that work should run
- Team player able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a broad range of functions and levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored genomics partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizations
- Understand partner priorities, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for program optimization and growth
- Lead the onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored initiatives
- Define and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, launch readiness, adoption, and long-term success.
- Develop scalable implementation processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices to support partner growth
- Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to support scalability and execution
- Translate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements, suggested product enhancements, and stronger partnership health
