Job summary

Helix, a US-based genomics company, seeks an Associate Director, Customer Success (Life Science) to lead end-to-end customer success for data licensing, sponsored testing programs, and clinical development engagements. You will own the primary relationships across the portfolio and work closely with Delivery and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing strategic partner relationships in biopharma or life sciences related to RWD / data licensing, sponsored research/testing programs, or clinical development
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer success for Helix's Life Science data licensing, sponsored testing programs, and clinical development engagements
• Build strong relationships between Delivery/Technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery
• Develop fluency in the Helix product and Research Network to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable input for product and technical teams
• Define and own the operating model for Customer Success within Life Science as the function scales
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members as the team grows
• Use AI tools to scale effectiveness and bring fluency to team operations
• Build senior-level relationships with partner organizations and act as primary contact across engagements
• Represent Customer Success in Life Science leadership and strategy discussions
